Backstory and how this idea came?

Hello everyone,

I am Dr. Chitvan Khosla, an artist, painter, an illustrator, and a creative instigator.

The quote that defines me and my work is “If I could say it in words, there would be no reason to paint!”

My goal is to live a life full of deep self fulfillment and through my colorful paintings I feel alive everyday and that has been the baseline of my happiness.

The inspiration for this idea of running an art business with the name of “Creativity Adora” arises from my purpose to bring out some unique, original and unusual ideas that have some freshness. This all comes from the dedication, commitment, love and respect for creativity. I truly thrive at the connection of meeting artists or creative people , as my intention is to encourage everyone else realize their ingenious talents.

Growing up I’ve generally had this enthusiasm for art and all things creative. I never figured I could really have an “effective profession” with craftsmanship . It was really during this time of covid 19 , I got time to fulfill my passion and I began painting once again. Around this time, painting helped me divert my feelings in a positive manner and gave personal opportunity to reflect, implore and converse with God. It initially began as a leisure activity, and within a couple of months in the wake of posting an image of a landscape I made on Instagram, I was encouraged  by loved ones to sell my artworks. At that point, opportunities opened up for me to share  my art with  other people. Appreciation from friends and family , truly pushed me to begin my own site and accounts  on other social media platforms. Some people outside my circle were attracted to my work as well. This gave me the certainty to begin my  business .

Moreover , at an opportune time, I realized that if I somehow managed to begin a start up, I would not like to simply paint lovely artworks  – I needed to paint with a reason.

I believe in this famous quote by Pablo Picasso :

“ The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls”

So for every piece of art that I create , there is a story or a quote defining the very idea behind it.

Process of launching my business

“And suddenly you just know it’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings”

From the start, it was hard for me to put my artworks available to be purchased in light of the fact that I cherished the artistic creations so much I needed to save them for myself and was so glad for what I’d made! My companions urged me to hold things freely and “share it with the world.” I thought that if I can simply make one individual smile and empower him or her  through my canvases,  I can feel God’s  appreciation in my heart.

I began with making a website, which  was difficult for me as  I had little involvement in how to make one. A friend of mine  recommended WordPress, so I enlisted with them in plans to make my own. This was monotonous work that took up a great deal of my time. My closest companion was a graphic designer and a photographer  who took some stunning photographs with me of my craft.

Now , talking about expenses , the significant costs forthright were art supplies and my time – the time is entirely important. Canvases and paints are not modest. I figured out how to utilize Instagram just because I felt like I was late to the sport of developing devotees, finding out about hashtags and other insta things.

To start with, I utilized it as an open photograph collection of my creative artworks  yet discovered that it could be extrinsic to sell. I began posting individual posts and stories. Also, gave an insight into time lapse videos of my paintings and found out about hashtags. Before I knew it, my Instagram following started to develop. I had the option to sell my artwork legitimately from Instagram. Through posts, through my accounts, individuals were mentioning if my works of art were available to be purchased before I recorded them that they are available. This was amazing. And still I’m learning to use this social media platform to grow my art business.

Some advice for other entrepreneurs who want to get started

I feel like the word of mouth is one of the most grounded showcasing devices. All through the recent years, my business and brand have developed to have a trustworthy clientele.  I generally like asking my customers, “how could you find out about me?”. My top answers are Instagram and through a friend. Keeping steady posts on my Instagram and staying aware of my engagement with individuals helped me to grow  my artworks selling business.

Dreams without objectives are simply dreams. Hop in!

Large dreams begin little and they start with settling on one choice every day towards your objective. Being a business visionary is hard, it’s dangerous, as it accompanies  disappointment, it’s not for everyone. I’ve discovered that each disappointment is a learning experience and  disappointment is something to be thankful for.

Follow your passion and  make choice to become a proficient artist. You need to believe in yourself and your capacities, and that is the extremely significant initial step. Since numerous craftsmen let reasons and dread—dread of the obscure, dread of facing challenges, dread of disappointment and this prevents them from attempting.

I would say that you have one life, and you are going to make the most of it. You will not become a successful artist overnight. It needs time, exertion, commitment, and a dedication to deep rooted learning. You can picture achievement in your mind and get started .

I wish you success on your journey !

Love & Regards
